PROJECT PORTFOLIO

LDE has developed lifelong clients and personal relationships with clients for over 30 years. Our repeat clients recognized the value and teamwork of using LDE. Two clients of LDE are DMB Associates and MCO Properties. Jonathon Stansel began working on DMB’s premier master planned community project DC Ranch, Scottsdale, Arizona in 1991 and LDE is currently working with DMB Associates on Verrado in Buckeye, Arizona. Jonathon began working with MCO properties in 1995 on the master planned community of Firerock in Fountain Hills, Arizona. This project was so successful the Jonathon continued with MCO Properties on two other master planned communities, Eagle’s Nest and Adero Canyon in Fountain Hills as well.

Verrado, Buckeye, Arizona - DMB Associates
Since 2010, ACS / LDE / LDT has been the project engineer for over 10 subdivisions comprised of over 1,400 lots. This project also included many infrastructure projects for streets, utilities and drainage.

Adero Canyon, Fountain Hills, Arizona - MCO Properties
Since 2001, ACS / LDE / LDT has been the project engineer for over 3 completed subdivisions and infrastructure projects within Adero Canyon. Adero Canyon is an extremely difficult project because of the terrain with the average slope of the property over 30%.

Sterling at Silverleaf, Scottsdale, Arizona - The New Home Company
LDT provided improvement Plans for this multi-story, multi-building residential community within DC Ranch. This property was very dense with difficult grading issues.

Sereno Canyon, Scottsdale, Arizona - Crown Companies
LDE helped our client through the sale of the property by resolving issues regarding with 404 Jurisdiction, lot grading, and lot yield. The property was successfully sold.

Estrella Parcels, Goodyear, Arizona - Newland Communities
ACS provided rezoning assistance, lot configuration layouts and prepared Preliminary and Final engineering plans for 2 parcels within this 10,000 acre master-planned community.

Firerock, Fountain Hills, Arizona - MCO Properties
This hillside design project was for 500 custom hillside lots and a Gary Panks golf course with clubhouse and amenities for this master-planned community with challenging terrain and multiple phases.

Eagle’s Nest, Fountain Hills, Arizona - MCO Properties
Complete design of this extreme hillside project from conceptual design phase for zoning entitlements to the completion of the projects with improvement plans and construction assistance for this 750-acre custom hillside development.

Mountain Ranch, Mesa, Arizona - KB Homes of Arizona
Formerly flat farm fields this project included design services for a 156-acre residential subdivision development made up of four phases with 450 plus lots.

Sienna Canyon, Scottsdale, Arizona - Del Webb’s Coventry Homes
Provided project design services for this 126-acre, 196-lot subdivision. The final lot configuration not only provided maximum lot yield, but also created lot premiums for the client on 95% of the lots.

DC Ranch, Scottsdale, Arizona – DMB Associates
Provided conceptual roadway layouts and final design services for seven miles of Thompson Peak Parkway and Desert Camp Drive within this 5,300-acre master planned community within the McDowell Mountains. Also involved in the planning and design process for 12 parcels.

Grand Canyon Airport, Tusayan, Arizona – ADOT Aviation Division
Jonathon Stansel was the main design engineer for major improvements to the airport which included a high speed runway exit, expansion of the tarmac for airplane parking, new bus and vehicle parking, 3 new helicopter operation facilities and new access road and new circulation roads for the entire airport.

Eagle Mountain, Fountain Hills, AZ - Communities Southwest
Provided conceptual and final design services for six individual parcels located on an extreme sloping terrain within this 500-acre master planned community.

Desert Mountain, Scottsdale, Arizona - Lyle AndersonCompany
Participated in the design of four subdivisions, Desert Mountain Parkway, master water and sewer plans, and golf course improvements for this 6,000+ acre master planned community.
